terms of service

general information

- Commissions are on an artist-choice selection style. I choose based on a) my current skill and b) estimated turnaround time.
- Slots are limited and are not held!
- All commission offers are currently in full color.

rules

- I am not doing anything explicitly pornographic. Suggestive and artistic nudity is OK!
- Commissions of OCs is fine! My own OCs are also OK!
- Commissions of any existing character (anime, games, movies, etc.) is fine!
- Must have an existing VISUAL reference; collage references and incomplete references are fine. NSFW references are okay, too! Written documents are only accepted as an added reference.
- Refunds and cancellations must be communicated and negotiated.
- I accept most designs (humanoid, anthro, robotic, armored), but I may simplify aspects I feel are out of my skill level.

payment and refunds

- Payment will be done through PayPal Invoices. Work won't be done until the invoice is paid in full; for larger commissions we can talk about paying in parts.
- Payment is done in United States Dollars!! It is the client's responsibility to know the currency exchange rate at the time of the inquiry.
- I don't take crypto and I never will. Don't ask me or attempt to trick me.
- Refunds can be asked for at any point in the project. If asked for before work is started, a full refund will be given. If asked for after work is started, it won't be guaranteed, will have to be negotiated, and will not be a full refund.
- If I get sick or something pulls me away from doing commissions for a very long time, then I will contact all of my current clients to refund everything.

revisions

- WIPs are regularly provided to the client to ensure satisfaction. A max of three revisions can be made at this stage with no extra cost.
- Extensive, excessive, or complete redraws will warrant an extra fee.
- I can also deny you revisions if I feel they have been extremely excessive.
- Once a commission has been fully colored or painted, then minor adjustments can be made if we need to. After the final files have been delivered, no more revisions can be made.

usage

- Everything given to you through this commission process is for personal use only. Printing for yourself, sharing with friends, posting onto social media, etc. are all fine!
- Art that I make through this commission process is not eligible for commercial redistribution. Don't make merchandise, products, or marketable items using or referencing the work I give you! It is a service, not a transfer of ownership.
- I reserve the right to use these commissions in examples and portfolios, as well as posting them onto my own socials.

info & faq

when do your commissions open?

in all honesty i open them really infrequently, but i aim to open them at the start of every season! so like, around 1st week of january, march, june, and september.

what tools do you use to draw?

for digital, i use a 12.9in iPad Pro 6th gen with the apple pencil :) i use procreate as my main program!for traditional art, my main sketchbook is a leuchturm1917 square and my favorite pen is a muji 0.5mm gel pen! sometimes i use whatever paper with whatever pen i find, though.

what procreate brushes do you use?

i really enjoy using these muji imitation brushes by wendy xu for my sketch/linework, and brush set 3 by joe illington for coloring, painting, and texturing! otherwise i just use modified versions of procreate's default brushes.
